I
wanted to take just a moment from my busy schedule to say thank you for
changing your policy regarding the Realtor's commission on Home Lot packages.
In the past, the Realtor had to wait up to sometimes a year from writing the
contract to receive their commission which is a long time to wait considering
the fact that several of us had worked with the clients for months before even
writing the contract.
Several Realtors would never consider Home Lot packages for this reason. It wasn't worth the wait. Now, Biltmore Farms, you have made it easy! We can offer several options regarding homes and communities to our Buyers, write up the contract and voila...we get paid 2% of our commission at the time the construction deposit is paid and the Buyer's sign Schedule B & C of the contract. The rest is paid when it closes.
I have been paid my commission upfront on two homes in the past two months which has greatly help with my finances. Biltmore Farms is so easy to sell now because you offer so many choice and you are so professional to work with on the building of a home. I also have at least six other buyers that are considering Home Lot packages in some of Biltmore Farms communities in the future.. You are great to work with! Thank You.

This outstanding ability to satisfy is prevalent throughout the entire company." PWC is a ten-year insured warranty program that is provided on all Biltmore Farms homes. The PWC program is insured by a member company of Zurich U.S., an A.M. Best A rated insurance carrier. The insured warranty program provides the basis for establishing the buyer-builder relationship by stating performance standards for warranty work, if necessary, during the first two years after closing and is insured for the buyer that the work will be completed to the level of the stated performance standards. The insurer assumes the builder's liability for the structure during years three through ten. Low cost binding arbitration is available throughout the ten-year term of the warranty to resolve any disputes under the warranty.
